How it works

Walk in
Open the link your host sends, pick a name and step into the lobby. Your friends are already wandering around.

Grab snacks
Stop at the counter for popcorn, nachos, a hot dog or a slush. Add butter, ketchup or relish yourself.

Watch together
The host starts the show from the projection room. Everyone in that theater sees it on the big screen and hears each other.

A real snack bar
Hosts work the counter and hand out popcorn, soda, slush, candy, nachos and hot dogs. Condiments, napkins and straws are self-serve.
Room voice
Talk the way you would in a real theater: people nearby sound close, voices pan as you turn, and walls keep rooms apart. Hosts can quiet the room when the film starts.
Phone controller and TV mode
Put the cinema on your TV, scan the code and your phone becomes the controller, microphone included. Or play right on a phone or tablet with touch controls.
Levels and characters
Earn achievements by showing up, watching and hanging out. Level up to unlock ten characters and pick the one that feels like you.

No. Watching is free in the browser. Only the person hosting needs the $9.99 host license.
Do I need to download anything?
Not to watch. Open the link in Chrome or Edge on a computer, or in your phone's browser, type a name and walk in.
What can we watch?
Anything the host can share from their computer: a browser tab, a window, the whole screen or a video file. Please only show things you have the right to share.
How many people can join?
